This Letter is in testament to Chris Wells Personal Computer and Internet troubleshooter in praise of the work carried out on my desktop computer which crashed last week.
The situation was serious as no back up had been taken recently which may have resulted in irreplaceable data being lost.
Chris gave us reassurance from the start, and explained the possible outcomes of his investigations.
These ranged from full retrieval the data, to expert third party data recovery which could have cost hundreds of pounds.
Hover, in less then a week, Chris saved all the data from being lost, and is now advising on a new hard drive which will be less susceptible to problems in the future.
